Here are a few sexy foods that will help you get in the mood....

Well, I'm sure you already know that certain foods like oysters are aphrodisiacs, but do you know why? Oysters and many other types of shellfish are high in zinc, which can turn up your pheromones. It's not the slippery feel or the singular taste of oysters that make them a sexy super food. The mineral helps the body produce testosterone, a hormone critical in regulating women's and men's libido and sexual function.

Pumpkin Seeds
They're a great source of zinc, which has been shown to boost sex drive by pumping up testosterone.

Almonds
Any food that's good for the heart is good for the loins because heart-healthy foods keep arteries clear and boost circulation to allow blood, oxygen and nutrients to flow freely!

Edamame
